Yashraj Akashi

Yashraj Akashi has spent years creating spaces where ideas can travel further. As curator of TEDxGateway, he helped build a platform that brought together thinkers, innovators, creators, and changemakers from India and around the world. When TEDxGateway began, the TED and TEDx formats were still relatively unfamiliar in India. Akashi and his team built the event around a belief that compelling ideas deserved an audience, regardless of where they came from. Over time, the platform grew into a wider community connecting Indian voices with global conversations. His work is ultimately about recognising people with something worth saying and giving their ideas room to travel. Yashraj Akashi became A Rotoris Man in 2026.
