As a former Partner at Price Waterhouse & Co LLP, led and handled complex matters across a wide spectrum of direct tax and regulatory issues, spanning sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Services, Media, Information Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Shipping, Automotive, and Banking.
Has advised several large Indian and multinational corporates, high-net-worth individuals, corporate groups, and Government Undertakings on diverse aspects of domestic and cross-border taxation, including tax treaty interpretation.
Has argued over 10,000 cases before various appellate authorities, with several matters reported in leading tax journals published by reputed publication houses. During a fifteen-year tenure at PwC, achieved a 98% success rate on matters involving corporate tax, international tax, and transfer pricing.
Actively handles tax litigation from the primary stage through all appellate levels, including the Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP), Authority for Advance Rulings (AAR), and Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP).
