Amanpreet Singh Bajaj

Amanpreet Singh Bajaj has forged his way in two decades, building and scaling consumer businesses across India and Southeast Asia. His trajectory has moved from early e-commerce entrepreneurship to leading Airbnb's growth in India and its wider regional operations. Bajaj was among the early entrepreneurs to recognise the potential of Indian e-commerce through LetsBuy.com (later acquired by Flipkart). At Airbnb, his focus shifted from transactions to communities, helping build a platform around how people travel, stay, and experience places. Across both journeys, the underlying challenge was to build something that naturally connects people. Scaling without losing sight, this makes Amanpreet a conquering hand in the entrepreneurial world of India. Amanpreet Singh Bajaj became A Rotoris Man in 2026.
