Aakash Ohri

Aakash Ohri is the Joint Managing Director and Chief Business Officer at DLF, India's largest real estate developer, where he has spent 26 years transforming the country's luxury property landscape. Educated at Hillgrove School with an MBA from Nottingham Business School and executive education from Harvard Business School, Aakash began his DLF journey managing the golf business before rising to the C-suite.

The Dahlias project garnered record bookings of $4 billion in January 2025, attracting India's ultra-wealthy. Aakash pioneered bringing five-star hospitality standards to residential real estate, creating what he calls the "billionaires' club of India." His vision combines meticulous attention to detail with world-class amenities including 160,000 square feet clubhouses, spas, and chef-on-call services.
