Ashwin Johar

Ashwin Johar operates where policy meets possibility. With experience spanning economic policy, international relations, foreign investment, and regional development, his work has brought together the worlds of business, government, and global engagement. His leadership across economic development and India-Russia relations reflects how institutional-level decisions can shape opportunities far beyond the immediate. His most consequential work has been measured by what it sets in motion tomorrow. Johar’s work reflects that longer view to look past immediate outcomes. His association with the Centre for Development of Regional Economies continues this interest in creating stronger foundations for regional growth and economic progress. Ashwin Johar became A Rotoris Man in 2026.
