Suyash Saraf is the Co-Founder and CEO of Dot & Key, one of India's most successful homegrown skincare brands that reported ₹198 crore in revenue in FY24. A Marwari from Kolkata with education in real estate finance and entrepreneurship from Indiana University and a master's degree from London, Suyash brought financial discipline and strategic thinking to complement his wife Anisha Agarwal's chemistry and food technology expertise when they co-founded the company in February 2018.

The idea for Dot & Key emerged from Anisha's frustration with the lack of global-quality skincare products suited for Indian needs, a gap from her family's beauty business experience. They bootstrapped the venture with ₹1 crore of personal savings, launching from Kolkata with a philosophy Suyash articulated: "We try to identify the missing dots of your skincare regime and give the solution or key to it." Suyash's business acumen proved crucial in scaling Dot & Key. The brand's success attracted Nykaa, which acquired a 51% stake for ₹44.5 crore in October 2021.
