Deep Bajaj

Building businesses around the gaps and problems that were often overlooked, Deep Bajaj as the founder of Sirona, helped bring conversations around women’s intimate and menstrual health into the mainstream. With an ambition to build for problems people have been conditioned not to discuss, Bajaj's entrepreneurial journey began early, but his most defining work came through Sirona. The brand approached personal hygiene not simply as a category, but as an opportunity to change how people think about products, conversations, and everyday comfort. Its growth reflected his ability to identify an unmet need and create a brand that could make addressing it feel natural. Deep Bajaj became A Rotoris Man in 2026.
