Aryaman Vikram Birla has pursued a path that blends professional sport with business leadership. A former first-class cricketer, he now plays a key role in shaping the Aditya Birla Group’s expansion across new businesses, investments and emerging industries.

Aryaman began his professional career in cricket, representing Madhya Pradesh in domestic tournaments and playing for Rajasthan Royals in the IPL. In 2019, he stepped away from the game and turned his attention to business. After completing his MBA at Harvard Business School, he joined the Aditya Birla Group, where he has worked across fashion, hospitality, renewable energy, and venture capital. He founded Aditya Birla Ventures, the Group’s investment arm, and Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality. In 2026, he also led the Group’s consortium in acquiring Royal Challengers Bengaluru, bringing his association with cricket into a new role. Aryaman Vikram Birla became A ROTORIS Man in 2026.
