Hitesh Dhingra

Hitesh Dhingra built The Man Company around a simple observation: the modern Indian man's relationship with grooming was changing. What began as a focused personal-care venture grew into a recognised men's grooming brand by bringing together product, identity, and a more considered approach to everyday rituals. Dhingra's journey has been shaped by his understanding of how categories evolve. Instead of treating men's grooming as a functional purchase, The Man Company helped turn it into an expression of personal style and self-care. His work ideology is centered around identifying a shift in behaviour and understanding it deeply. Building a brand around where the consumer is going rather than where he has been. Hitesh Dhingra became A Rotoris Man in 2026.
