Pioneered the first wood fired oven restaurant in Delhi in 2004, the flagship Tonino Ristarante set the tone for the entire brand. We have since conceptualised and led the creation of four distinct verticals — Fine Dining, Café (mass and corporate formats), QSR, and Bakery — operating under the brands Caffè Tonino, Caffe Tonino Express and Dolce Tonino, establishing a diversified and scalable hospitality platform.

The flagship Tonino Ristorante operates on MG Road, with Caffè Tonino outlets in Connaught Place and at Indira Gandhi International Airport across Terminal 1D and Terminal 3. Dolce Tonino bakeries also operate across airport locations.

Spearheading the end-to-end expansion mandate, overseeing location scouting, feasibility, concept development, brand positioning, supply chain optimisation, and execution, managing each outlet from inception through launch.

In addition, marketing, brand strategy, business development, and growth planning, with a strong focus on long-term brand equity, operational consistency, and scalable expansion.
