Jaideep Singh is a serial entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in the event and experiential industry, having successfully conceptualised and executed large-scale festivals, entertainment formats, conventions, weddings, and social celebrations across India and international destinations.

He began his professional journey in the automobile industry, where his passion for motorsports led to an impressive 20 podium finishes in rally championships across India. After a successful racing career, Jaideep chose to retire from competitive motorsports and bring the same discipline, precision, and performance-driven mindset into the world of experiential entrepreneurship.

Jaideep is the Founder of MWP – Man With A Plan Events & Experiences, a luxury experiential design studio specialising in weddings and high-end social events. MWP has built a strong presence across Delhi, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and international markets including Thailand and Turkey, with a reputation for refined aesthetics, strategic planning, and seamless execution.

He is also one of the youngest and key partners at ICWF – International Convention of Wedding Fraternity, currently in its 12th edition. ICWF is recognised as the largest and most premium wedding fraternity convention on this side of Asia, bringing together industry leaders, luxury brands, and global stakeholders.

Expanding his entrepreneurial footprint further, Jaideep has recently ventured into the F&B hospitality sector as a partner at Qavalli, a fine-dining destination offering live Qawwali performances. The concept has quickly emerged as one of the most talked-about experiential dining venues in the North Indian market.
