Every ROTORIS is assembled after you place your order. When your order comes in,
your watch comes to life.
Your timepiece goes through:
1. Assembly — Built by hand
2. Testing — Every function verified
3. Packaging — Prepared with care
This takes 2–3 weeks. Craft takes time.
We ship globally. Tracked delivery to your door, wherever you are. We’ll keep you
updated. Your timepiece is made for you. Only you.
• All orders are processed within 2–3 weeks (excluding weekends and public
holidays)
• Orders are shipped only after payment confirmation.
• You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order has
been dispatched.

We use reputable courier partners such as Blue Dart, DHL, and others to deliver your
order safely and securely.

We ship worldwide. International delivery is subject to customs clearance and local

• Every order is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
• In the rare event of damage during transit, please record a full unboxing video
(including outer packaging and watch), as this helps us process claims quickly.
• Some regions may have restricted delivery due to logistics limitations.
• If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you promptly.
• If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at

• Claims may require photos/videos and carrier confirmation before we can offer a
