Rotoris Watches ("Rotoris", "we", "our", "us") stands behind the craftsmanship and quality of your timepiece. This Guarantee Policy describes the scope of the Guarantee, exclusions, and how to make a claim. Please retain your proof of purchase and Guarantee card.
We provide the following Guarantee against manufacturing defects, calculated from the date of original purchase:
Watch movement (the internal mechanism): Lifetime Guarantee, valid up to 10 years from the date of original purchase, covering manufacturing defects in movement functionality. This Guarantee is conditional upon the watch receiving regular care and periodic servicing.
Leather strap: 6-month Guarantee against manufacturing defects.
FKM rubber strap: 12-month Guarantee against manufacturing defects.
Clasp and bracelet: 24-month Guarantee against manufacturing defects.
Other external parts (crystal, case, crown): 24-month Guarantee against manufacturing defects.
All external-part Guarantees apply only where the damage or breakage is due to a manufacturing defect and is not caused by physical abuse or extensive water damage.
The Guarantee does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (ageing of strap, fading of materials).
Water damage, condensation, or damage from exposure to liquids beyond the specified water resistance, heat, fire, or pressure.
Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper handling, or invalid modifications or repairs by unauthorised persons.
Replacement of battery, strap, bracelet, or case unless explicitly due to manufacturing defects.
Damage to external parts after the applicable external-parts Guarantee period.
To request Guarantee service:
Contact us within the applicable Guarantee period at [email protected] with your order number, serial number, date of purchase, and a description of the issue.
Include clear photographs and, if relevant, a video showing the defect or damage.
Once verified, Rotoris will arrange a pickup of the product from your registered address. Please ensure the watch is securely packed in its original box or similar protective packaging.
Our authorised service team will inspect the watch. If the defect is covered under this policy, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. If the same model is unavailable, we may provide an alternative model of equal value.
If approved, your watch will be serviced or replaced and returned to you via standard shipping.
If the claim is rejected (because of an exclusion or conditions not met), we will return the watch to you; service or repair may be offered at your cost.
This Guarantee is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
It applies only to products purchased via our official website www.rotoris.com.
Any unauthorised repair or modification will void the Guarantee immediately.
This Guarantee is subject to Indian consumer protection laws and does not limit any statutory rights you may have.
