His Role at Rotoris
1. Movement regulation: Each movement is tested and adjusted before casing. Timing checked across multiple positions. Adjustments made by hand.
2. Quality oversight: Components arrive from different parts of the world. Harman ensures they come together with intention. Fit, finish, function.
3. Tolerance standards: Factory specifications are a starting point. Crown action. Case back seal. The details that matter over years of wear.
4. Service infrastructure: A watch should be maintainable for decades. Harman is building the support system to make that possible.
